I can't cancel my suscription and I'm REALLY tired of this

A few days ago, I purchased my suscription from the Adobe Acrobat app (please, don't send me to their technicians or Google Play Store, they just ignore me and close my case over and over). My suscription doesn't appear on Google Play, ONLY on the Adobe Acrobat app. If I try to cancel it, it sends me to Google Play, where I don't have any suscription. How can I cancel it? It can't be this difficult!
