I can't drag comment boxes now and shift button doesnt make straight lines.

I have no idea what happened today.  I can no longer write comments and then drag them to a more precise location.  I also have noticed that the Shift key does not make a line automatically straight.  If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it.

Hi,

 

Check if "Snap to Grid" needs to be disabled.

No. 

It is strange that I can't move things anywhere.  The handles and pointer arrows disappera right away.  Thanks for the thought though.

I also realize that Control and scroll wheel do not zoom in and out.  I am so confused at the end of this day
