I can't find all of the comments that I made on a document

I had used the comment bubble and inserted text on a document...using the same bubble and I am not able to recove all of the notes.  How can I find them?

Assuming you are using Reader to insert text on a pdf, could you please check if there is an update available for Reader?

Launch Reader>click Help menu>select Check for Updates

Please confirm the following details:

Which option you selected under "Comment" to insert text - Add sticky notes/Add text comment?

The version of Reader you are using?

To check the dot version, launch Reader>click Help>select About Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

Operating System installed on the machine-Mac/Windows?
