I can't save a pdf into a client folder. The icon is greyed out and Save on the tool bar does not work Why can't we get answers from Adobe? I tried asking the AI assistant andit was no help at all

Please let us know if you have permission to make changes to the folder. When you say client folder, are you referring to a folder on a network or the machine? Could you share the screen recording of the step you do and the options you use to save the PDF?
