I can't uninstall Adobe Acrobat

Hello!

I have a Surface Book 2 with the latest Windows update 11. My Adobe Acrobat has been acting wack (basically not allowing me to use any of its features). I looked at the Creative Cloud apps management page to see if AA didn't update automatically for some reason, but it said the app was up to date. However, I checked through the app itself and found a hidden update to be made. I tried to update it but a box popped up saying "This update package could not be opened. Verify that the update package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer update package. Error 1635." I tried uninstalling the app through creative cloud and through my computer settings, but the same message pops up every time. I'm not sure if this is a Windows issue or just the app itself, because I have absolutely no issue updating or uninstalling other apps.

Any help is appreciated! I'm losing my mind.

Same issue here for Mac, Adobe makes it impossible for you to uninstall their programs so they can claim higher user rates.

I have Macbook Pro and also cannot remove this nonsense from my screen. I even had to create an "account" to post this. On my desktop it's trying to bill me for "services" which I don't use.  It refuses to be removed unless I "download" it AGAIN! What makes them think I want 2 nastv copies vs 1  ?
