I can't unlock text annotation

Thanks for reaching out. As described above, you are not able to unlock the text box settings of the comment box.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat/Reader Installed? To check the version please use the link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html

Are you the creator or Author of the PDF or have you got the PDF file from a different user? If you have got the PDF from another user, please ask him to unlock the box and share the file again.

Make sure you have the latest version 19.21.20049 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates.
