I can’t use my acrobat edit

I have been experiencing troubles to use the app, at the moment when I'm going to use the edit tools send me to purchase a plan when the fact is I have a plan purchased, I selected to purchase again and don't let me go through stay in purchasing mode and never complete or restore anything, this is for the last 5 days and I need the tool

please help me

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that
 
What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.08.20355 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
 
Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
 
Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://adobe.ly/42IHdhQ
 
If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/3SDybho, reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/3SBVkRj; and check.
