I canceled my subscription but still being charged monthly -- just caught it in my account.

Hi there, I don't recall purchasing the annual subscription for this. I wanted to get the trial and assumed I had canceled this subscription. Have I been using it since I presumably purchased it? I don't think so. I lost my job in February 2023 and have not been employed since. I just caught that I've been charged $19.99 per month. I have had to apply for state assistance since I lost my job. I cannot afford to pay a $69.97 cancellation fee, let alone any of the money I spent that I didn't realize was coming out of my account. Please help.

It doesn't matter if you used it or not. A subscription is not based on the amount of usage.

But you should contact Adobe directly for help with this issue:

(make sure pop-ups are not blocked; type "Agent" to chat with a real person, or via phone)
There's no email support.

Beware of people contacting you via the forums' messaging system pretending to work for Adobe! Only those with an "Adobe Employee" tag under their name are legit. Also, Adobe will never offer to contact you via Skype, or use an email account that's not under the adobe.com domain...
