I cancelled my free trial within the free trial but still got charged for two months now

Hi,

in January I started a 5-day free trial for Adobe Acrobat which I cancelled within the free trial. I even got a cancelling confirmation. Now I see that I still got charged 7,98 €/month twice. I saw my account had AI for Adobe Acrobat subscribed, even though I never subscribed to it. I cancelled the subscription but I also want a refund over those 15,96 €.

Thank you!

@eliasroe there is no such thing called a 5-day trial period...it’s usually a 7-day or 30 day trial, not 5. Chances of you getting a refund for January and February is very unlikely; you can only get a refund in what will be coming up, such as March and April. Even though you may not have subscribed to AI for Adobe, if you click on a function that needed it, you might have accidentally triggered it (yeah, I know, that’s sneaky as hell!—I don’t like that either)… To cancel, you need to follow the process asap:
    https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html

You should be getting a confirmation email and maybe a case number… normally takes 10-14 business days

Now, be careful… there are cancellation terms as well,
