I cannnot edit a file even though it has "No Security". I also cannnot change anny of its propreties

This is a screenshot of the issue. I have tried saving a copy, but it didn't help (Maybe I missed something).

It is saved as a normal PDF and not a pdf/e or something.

I would love advice as to how I can make this a normal, editable PDF.

I also tried converting it to Word, but the Word file didn't open.

And I updated my Acrobat and tried again.

I uploaded the file to the web viewer, created a copy there, and then downloaded that copy.

This solved the issue.

Weird interaction and I don't understand how an issue was even created but it's solved.
