Question

I cannot add image to my PDF file.

I have an existing Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack subscription. Previously when I added images to my PDF files, there were no issues. Today when I attempted to add images, a pop up surfaced, telling me to reactivate my subscription. May I know what is happening?

    Hi @Georgeleecy

With Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack, you can convert files to PDF, but you cannot edit PDF files. To edit a PDF, you can upgrade your subscription to add that feature. For more information, please check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/faq/adobe-pdfpack-faq.html

If I don’t remember wrongly, I was able to attach images to PDF in the past? Was it changed? Or was it like this all along?

I believe the PDF Pack is only for the online version of Acrobat. I can’t tell for sure, but it appears as if you are using the desktop version.

Trust me, the online version also didn’t work for me… If it does, I won’t be asking for help… :(

Can you upload a sample page?
