I cannot convert my pdf into a word document. It brings me to another screen but nothing is on it. I just started a free 7-day trial Adobe Acrobat.

If Acrobat opens another screen but it's blank, try File > Export To > Microsoft Word again and make sure Acrobat is fully updated. Also try a different PDF to see if the problem is with that specific file. If other PDFs do the same thing, try signing out/in of Acrobat and restarting the PC. Since you're on the trial, you can also check whether Export PDF is properly activated for your account. Acrobat does support exporting PDFs directly to Word.
