I cannot edit e-sign branding

I recently changed my email and I am able to log in, but I cannot change the branding for e-sign. I need to update the redirect link and when I try to open e-sign branding the page gets stuck. I am using the paid version.

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

I checked the email address you use to log in to the community and could not find an active subscription for Acrobat Sign.

Searching by the name, I could see other accounts, but they have Acrobat Pro entitlements.

This feature is available with the business/enterprise account and has to be done through the account admin.
