1. Win 7 Pro, 64 bit

2. Firefox v.67.0.2

Chrome v. 75.0.37780

3. Firefox Adobe addin v.18.0.10

Chrome Adobe extension v. 15.1.1.1

4. URL example: www.usatoday.com

5. Result from Firefox add-in and Chrome extension is "conversion failure"

6 result within Adobe Create PDF from.web page is a blank page

7. no other error reported

Please be advised another Adobe tech support agent tried using remote

session to assist with this problem.last night. He could not get Adobe to

create pdf files on several web sites. Even uninstalled and reinstalled

Adobe to resolve issue but that did not work either. He tried to "print" a

web page from.inside the browsers using the "Adobe PDF" printer option.

That seemed to work on some web pages, but this did not help with the

Firefox add-in or Chrome extension conversion failure issue. The agent

left me with the explanation that some web sites are "copyright protected"

and can not be converted. I found that a poor answer to this problem.

Hi Brucer,

Are you trying the same problematic website in each of the browsers? If it's the same site, have you tried saving different websites in these browsers.

In addition, have you tried File (menu) -> Create -> PDF from web page.

Please keep in mind that some web designers create their sites so that they cannot be PDFed. I'm not saying that this is one of those but it could be so if you can PDF other web pages.

Tried different web pages using both browsers and still ended up with

conversion failures. Tried to use Adobe "create pdf from web page" using

URL and still could not get a .pdf file.
