I cannot install Acrobat X at my new computer. I tried to run Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and fails were found in the log file. What should I do?

Assuming this new computer also has a new operating system (like Windows 10) you have a problem because Acrobat X is outdated and not compatible with the current systems. You can try running it in Compatibility Mode, but that's about it. If it doesn't work you need to get a new license for the latest version.
