I cannot install Adobe Standard in a second device

Question

I´m trying to install Adobe Standard in a second device. I have paid for 3 devices using one at a time.

In this second device, I have started session with my Acrobat account, but the install process get the P201 error. I have a great Internet connection, and I have Firewall and Antivirus software disconnected.

I appreciate your help.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

Error 201" that you are getting occurs when the download is paused and when the server response is poor.

As you have already tried some basic troubleshooting steps with no luck, please try to remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html
