I cannot open the link someone give to me

My friend sent me a PDF link. Clicking it opens the Web Creative Cloud on my browser. I tried to log in my Adobe account to download the PDF. However, after I log in the account. The link was automatically redirected to my Creative Cloud home page and I found no way to come back. I even cannot open the PDF online again. What can I do to download the PDF?
