I cannot save document after I combine in Adobe Acrobat.

I am trying to combine multiple documents in Adobe Acrobat. Once it's combined, I am trying to save it as " Microsoft print to PDF" by pressing Control P button. It does not work. It says kindly use our help page. Why?

 

I have been using it for so long. All of sudden it stopped working.

This is not a good practice, you should save (CRTL S) or save as (CTRL SHIFT S) with Acrobat.

Why are you trying to do that? You already have a PDF created by Acrobat, why convert it to another PDF, using a different company's tool?

I want to combine multiple documents and save it as one PDF. That is why I am doint it.
