Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

If your PDF has white space around the edges and you want to remove it before printing, you can do it in two ways:
1. Crop the white space using Adobe Acrobat.

2. Use your printer's borderless printing option (if supported).

The Crop method removes the white borders from the digital file itself, so it prints closer to the edge.

Steps:

1. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat: Make sure you’re using Adobe Acrobat Pro (this feature is not available in the free Acrobat Reader).

2. Go to the Print Production tool.
Click on “All tools” in the left menu, then choose “Use Print Production.”

3. Select “Set Page Boxes.” On the left side of the screen, click “Set Page Boxes.”

4. Remove white margins: In the window that opens, look for the “Margin Controls” section.
Click the checkbox that says “Remove White Margins.” Acrobat will automatically detect and crop out the white space around the content. Click OK and check.

Let us know if you are referring to something else
