The error message shown in the screenshot is related to Windows. Please ensure that the OS is updated to the latest available version. Please download and install all the mandatory and optional updates related to the OS. Restart the machine. Then use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove the installed freeware Acrobat Reader app.
