I CANT INSTALL PDF PRO 10 OR RETRIEVE MY LICENSE

I JUST PURCHASED PDF PRO 10, AGAIN, TRYING TO GET IT TO WORK BECAUSE MY LICENSE QUIT WORKING, AGAIN.  HAD TO UNINSTALL ALL MY PDF PROGRAMS AND RUN THE PATCH.  NOW IT WONT REINSTALL, IT GETS STUCK.  PLEASE HELP ASAP.

    We’re assuming you mean Acrobat Pro 10. PDF Pro 10 exists but it is a rival product not made by Adobe, so no use asking us about it.

    Got it.  I thought it was adobe.  Sorry about that.

    It did end up loading after 3 hours.

    acrobat pro X is not compatible with newer os'es.

    that said, what is your os?

    what problem are you having?
