I cant open PDF file of drawings

the dimentions of this page are out of range page content Might be truncated.
Thi error comes when i open Pdf file in Adobe Acrobate 
installed version 23.006.20320
Please help me

    How did you create that PDF file? Can you share the PDF file with us?
