I created a form that has multiple signature fields. Why are all the signature fields required?

If they are required you probably set them as such, or it's the default setting for this kind of field.

You can change it by right-clicking a field (in Form Edit mode), set it as not required and then click the "Use Current Properties as New Defaults" option, in the right-click menu.
