I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE SOFTWARE

I HAVE ALREEADY AUTHORIZED MY MY CARD FOR A FREE TRIAL MEMBERSHIP, BUT I DONT HAVE ACCESS TO THE SOFTWARE. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.. I BELIEAVE AN ERROR OCCURED WHEN THE ADOBE SYSYTEM SENT MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO AN OLD EMAIL ADDRES. I HAVE UPDATED MY ADDRESS, BUT I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE SOFTWARE.

This is a public forum, not Adobe support.

Users, including the Community Experts, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page, through a phone call, or through TwiXter (send post to @AdobeCare).
There is no email support, so beware of scammers.
