I don't have an interactive Button option in my form tools

I am trying to create an interactive button on my form and I don't have the tool.

These are the tools for an echosign form, not a regular AcroForm. This type of form does not use regular AcroForm scripting or functionality so having a button is useless. You need to revert the form back to an AcroForm to use the button.

Great thank you, I just clicked on prepare form from the menu. How do I convert it back to the AcroForm?

In the Tools view select "Prepare Form" on the right side there will be a "More" option. Within the "More" option there will be an option to "Revert to PDF form".
