Question

I downloaded Adobe Reader, then edited and saved a PDF. When I opened a new PDF and edited it, Adobe REader wouldn't let me save it. I signed into my Adobe account, and it said "ACCESS DENIED."

I just downloaded the app Adobe Reader, logging into Adobe with my previous credentials. I was able to edit one PDF and save it on my desktop. When I created another PDF and tried to save it, it wouldn’t save (just got a blank screen instead of the save document screen). I then tried to sign in to my account and authentication said “access denied” after I entered my login credentials.

I am showing you started three different subscriptions today, including one duplicate. Was this your intention? You can use the steps listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html to self-cancel any unneeded commitments to Adobe.

What type of computer are you using to access Adobe Reader, @jeannes82018789 ? Is it managed by an organization? If so, then see https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/enterprise-id-faq.html for information on how to use the account chooser to login under your personal account. Your new subscriptions are under the personal account, @jeannes82018789 .
