I got the error "Could not create appearance steam" after Use a certificate function

The old version of the Adobe Acrobat Pro can still use the certficiate in Thai language (DN), but after updating to the latest version, it cannot sign the document.

 

How can I fix to sign documents with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Pro?

    Hi @Sawaa 

     

    Hope you are doing well.

    Could you please confirm the current version of Acrobat you are working with? Also, is this a Modern Viewer of Acrobat (New UI)?

    Is it just the Thai language, or have you tried any other one? Navigate to Acrobat>Preferences>Signature>Creation & Appearance. Try setting up from here.

     

    When you switch back to the Old UI, does it work the same as it used to?

    • Click on the hamburger icon in the upper left corner.
    • Click on Disable New Acrobat

    I tried the following with Adobe Reader DC still can't sign.

    But after trying it with Adobe Acobat Pro, I can sign.

    Thanks for updating the discussion and sharing the result with us.

    Do you keep both Acrobat Pro and Reader? Make sure you have updated the Acrobat to the latest version.

    With 64-bit Acrobat, only one application can be installed and run now, as there's a single installer for Acrobat and Reader.
