I had bought acrobat XI Pro on line for 2 people. I could install on my laptop and cellphone as well. My computer crashed,I managed to recover some information but can’t find anything usefull to reinstall. I want to use it on my new Windows 10 laptop. How do I find a serial number or product key to do the installation. The ProXI is still working on my cellphone. Is there a way to find the information on my cell phone?

I’m afraid you may be out of luck on your Acrobat XI license. Adobe ended support for Acrobat XI nine years ago, and the activation servers for that product were shut down long ago. Your cellphone application is separate from your windows software, and will be no help in this situation.

You can get the free Adobe Reader application for your new Windows 10 laptop through this link. As for Acrobat Pro, there’s either the Document Cloud/Creative Cloud subscription options or buying the three-year license for the current versions of Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Wish I had better news for you,
