and finally getting around to installing on my new computer. Got a copy of version 11 and installed it. Entered my old serial number and I get the message that I need to install a valid serial number. Acrobat Pro ran fine on my old computer. I don't know how to proceed. Got the impression from Adobe Support that since I don't have a Support account I am out of luck.  It sorta of peeves me that I went to Adobe site to disable the install but now I am adrift.

Sorry, Now I feel retarded….. Apparently I download the wrong version. Checked version, downloaded again, things looked different and my serial number worked.

Thanks

Bob
