Hello,

I have a 2020 Macbook Pro Version 12.0.1 and Adobe Professional 2015 UE.

I tried to install the application freshly downloaded tonight (*.dmg file from my https://account.adobe.com/products page), but the instaler stalls/fails at the "Read Me" screen.

Can anyone or Adobe please suggest an alternative?

Thank you,

Robert

Acrobat 2015 is obsolete, out of support. You can use it on older versions of MacOS, but not Catalina, Big Sur or Monterey. These were designed by Apple to get rid of old apps - it's part of the Joy of Mac. The current perpetual license is Acrobat 2020, but I'd recommend the subscription Acrobat DC instead, as Apple will keep playing these games.

Nope. My Adobe Acrobat Pro 2015 works on my MacBook Air currently on OS version 12. I had Acrobat installed previously before upgrading my MacBook Air.

Something is wrong with the 2015 Acrobat Pro installer *.dmg file execution.

Please Adobe, any hints or work around are appreciated. Would the physical disc work better?

I should mention I have two MacBook computers.

2017 MacBook Air v.12 with (Acrobat Pro 2015 already installed prior to OS upgrade)

2020 MacBook Pro v12 (can’t get the Acrobat Pro 2015 installer to work)
