I have a french PDF

I have a french PDF, the text is french and the properties declares the PDF as French.

When you click a digital signature, a message pops up....

It is just the message to select your Signature and to Sign As;

My question; The text in the message is English, even though I set the properties to English. Are these messages based on the OS (operating system)?
