    Hello @Ryan23324014i1wb,

I hope you are doing well, and sorry for the trouble you had. Thanks for reaching out to us.

We checked and verified your current Adobe ID (email), which you have used to log in to the community platform, and see that you have an active subscription to Acrobat Pro. Could you please share more details about the issue?

Are you on a Mac or Windows machine, and what is the version?

Are you using Acrobat Pro desktop or the freeware Acrobat Reader? Check from Menu/Acrobat > help > About Adobe Acrobat.

Can you please share a screenshot of the error message you are getting while extracting pages?

Have you tried with a different PDF?

Please sign out of the installed Acrobat app, restart the computer, launch Acrobat, and use the current Adobe ID (email) to sign in. Try extracting the pages using a different PDF file, and check. You can also try the suggestions from this article: https://adobe.ly/4zo9DNb

Also, ensure you have the latest build of Acrobat installed on the machine: Win: 26.002.21996, Mac: 26.002.22008, Planned update, Oct 06, 2026. Check for any pending updates by navigating to Menu > Help> Check for Updates. Install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and try again.

I hope this helps, and please reach out if you need any assistance.

    Regards,

    Anand Sri.
