I'm having problems with this, too, when I share PDFs with my clients for review using the cloud-based browser version of Acrobat. Last week, this function stopped working – when a link to a cloud-based document is clicked, it just sits on the loading page and never loads the document. Several people using different browsers have tried to load the documents and have gotten the same result. I rely on this funcionality greatly for receiving feedback from my clients and would love to understand why it's suddenly not working.

Hi @HighMountainCreative

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try using a different PDF file and check. Also, try to download the file to the computer locally and then try again to open it via the Acrobat/Reader desktop application and see if that works.

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.01.206XX installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks for the reply but the problem remains. The problem is with PDFs exported from INDESIGN and share for comments. Localy are working fine. The version I have of ACROBAT PRO is 24.001.20629 and INDISIGN 19.3. The problem appeared last week. 15 days before, was working fine.
I would like you to see the issue because it is important for the smooth continuity of our work.
Thank you
Alex
