I have a serial number for the my Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro.

It won't download to my laptop. I just purchased the laptop on Saturday June 29. I have been chatting with a tech from Adobe and he was unable to successfully me with installing the program. I need help to resolve this issue. @

It's not clear what exactly is the issue... Is it the serial number? The download? The installation process? The application itself?
Please provide details, although as mentioned before, Acrobat 9 is very old and not compatible with any current operating system, so there's probably not much we can do to help you with it.

acrobat 9 is not secure and is not compatible with newer os'es but if you have a windows computer you may be able to use compatibility mode to get some functionality from it.
