I have Acrobat Professional on my laptop, but I cannot use the same on my android tablet even though I'm signed in to my account on my tablet - Adboe requires me to buy another "professional" service for my tablet - how can I enable the edit function on my android tablet?

Hello!

I hope you are doing well.

Which Android tablet are you using? Try signing out of the app, restarting both the app and your device, and then signing back in. Make sure you're using the same Adobe ID (email) linked to your Acrobat Pro subscription. The Adobe ID (email) you used to sign in to the community is associated with an Acrobat Pro License, so you should be able to access premium features on your tablet.

Subscription Verification: To confirm your subscription status within the mobile app: Open the Acrobat Reader app. Tap on the profile icon or menu. Select "Subscriptions" to view and manage your subscription details.

If the issue persists, uninstall the app, back up any important PDFs to cloud storage, restart your device, reinstall the Acrobat Reader app, and sign in again.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
