I have activated my Adobe acrobat premium but I get kicked out when trying to edit a pdf

I can't seem to edit a pdf file after activating my Adobe acrobat premium.

It literally kicks me out the pdf and goes to the homepage.

How do I fix this.

I can edit the numbers but when it's time for the letters it just kicks me out.
