I have Adobe Acrobat. How do I remove a password on a PDF. See nothing in tools. Have a Mac. Command D not working for me.

It looks like somebody hijacked your question thread. The function to remove a password is not obvious if you’ve never done it before. 

When you open up the document properties and go to the “Security” tab, you will see something like this:

When you now set the “Security Method” to “No Password”, it will prompt you for the password:

After you enter the password, you should see confirmation that the password will be removed. You still need to save the document to make this change active:

I am trying to redact sensitive data. I’m on a MacBook Pro, and the All Tools menu does not include the Redact a PDF option described in Adobe’s help (https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/desktop/protect-documents/redact-pdfs/redact.html?x-product=Helpx%2F1.0.0&x-product-location=Search%3AForums%3Alink%2F3.8.5). Where is the feature?
