I have Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, when trying to open I get error advising that the serial number has reached its limit of activated devices.

I have logged into the account online and it shows no activated devices. I have tried reinstalling Adobe (including restarts) but get the same error.

I have contacted Adobe support who raised this ticket ADB-43702569-F4Q4 but advised I would get quicker support by raising the issue on the forum.

@molly cross oh wow, that is old!  Did you recently just get this? or do a recent update to your computer? Because Adobe Acrobat XI Pro (came out in 2012) is so old that it ended it’s support way back in 2017, 9 years ago.

Make sure you are correctly log-in into the correct Adobe ID. I had a very old email that was associated that I no longer used, and thankfully, I had an old secondary email attached as well. I had to open in a private browser, pick the correct account.

And work yourself to your activated device, as you can see, mine is from 2020

And my invoice is from 2016

And yes — I am currently using a different email than the one shown here. So, make sure you are log into the correct account.
