I have Adobe DC Pro but I cannot organize pages - does anyone know how to activate it?

I have downloaded, and paid for, Adobe DC Pro, but only a limited number of 'Tools' are available to me. I cannot 'organize pages' or 'combine files'. When I try to activate these features, it says that I have already downloaded Adobe DC Pro. I don't know how to activate them, can anyone help?

Let's check your software. Please go to the first ABOUT menu (Help menu in Windows, application menu in Mac). Please see what it says:

* About Adobe Reader

* About Adobe Acrobat Pro

* About Adobe Acrobat Standard

* About Adobe Acrobat

* something else
