I have always been able to update my pdfs and then clear my signature and resign the document as of the date of the updates, however I no longer have the option to clear all signatures, why?

Same issue here- I created a form yesterday and signed it- and today I am not able to clear the signature...  ive been able to do this sort of thing in the past- and I'm sure my workstation has been updated between now and then and this functionality is no longer available.  What gives? I am now unable to update my templates.  The extract pages functionality is also greyed out and is not an option either...  do I need to do this on a older version of adobe now as a workaround?
