Can someone from Adobe please help me already?

I understand you discontinued support for CS3, but I purchased a licensed version and I expect it to work or to be replaced.

I recently purchased a new computer. I followed all of the steps to deactivate my old computer and then followed the instructions for a new serial number and downloaded the new software on my new computer. I installed properly. I went to use Photoshop - and it is "not responding." I went in and repaired using the repair tool. Still not responding. I uninstalled and reinstalled...still not responding. Have done that twice and it is STILL not working. I called CS and they said to use the forums. I demanded they help me, and they did the same - uninstalled, and reinstalled. And STILL not working.

Someone please help!

Hi gordonk,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are getting above mentioned error while using acrobat, is that correct?

CS3 is quite an old product and not supported with newer operating systems. Could you let us know the operating system you are using on the machine?
