I have difficulties in cancalling my plan
i did not aware i have been enrolled in an annual plan and paying fee every month without any receipt being received. I tried to cancel and so surprised that i hv to pay the remaining annual plan fee. This practice i hv never seen in other big company as big as Adobe. I tried to talk to service centre but not success. I am so frustrated and disappointed. I hope there is better arrangement not to scare potential custome or existing customer away.
