I have experienced that our pdf-files have changed look over night from 1. September to 2. September. The fonts looks differently and the graphic is also different. How come? Is it an update or did something else happen? The pdf-file is generated as printout from out ERP system and the layout has not been changed. The font used in the printout is a common font like Times New Roman and Arial and both fonts are available at the server. Pls. study attached files and see the different looks.

Ok, so something has changed in the PDF production process. What method do you use exactly to make the PDF? What app generates them? If you print-to-PDF, what PDF printer do you use?

The program is not a well known program so you would not know it. I am not sure where to the problem happen. I also suspect a windows update to have coursed the change of the printouts. When we print directly to a physical printer the same look appear. So not sure if Adope is the center of the problem

HI,

I would doubt this is an Acrobat problem, it is very unlikely that Acrobat would change the point size of the font, I would expect that to happen at creation time.

There are a total of 157 changes to the document. (document "should" be here - https://shared-assets.adobe.com/link/627bb96b-4fcd-42b1-7ab9-f71eff34b54b

(The majority of which are font size changes)

1. Does the look change for old files, made before the problem? Or only for new files made after the problem started? Please check and answer this carefully

2. Exactly which app and exact version (not "latest") shows the problem?

Hi,

The problem occurs when new printouts are made. The files attached showed the before and after.

I use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version 2020.012.20043
