I have just installed microsoft 2016, now I can't create a PDF-file

Jeg har lige installeret microsoft 2016, nu kan jeg ikke lave en PDF-fil, jeg har Adobe Acrobat Standard X.

Have you tried the following?

  • Exit/Quit all Microsoft applications you are running
  • Launch Acrobat
  • From the Help menu choose Repair Installation

As a work-around you can try printing your Word document to a file first ( (PostSript) .ps or .prn from Windows from memory) and then drop this file onto Distiller.

Additionally Acrobat X Standard is an older version of Acrobat. If you can't resolve the problem it's probably time to look at upgrading to Acrobat DC.

You forgot to upgrade Acrobat when you upgraded Office.
