Hello Carlosas,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, I can understand that you are not able to print an excel file as "Print as a PDF", is that correct?

Please check for any pending updates of Acrobat from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after installing any updates and see if this brings any difference.

You can also refer and try the solutions from the following Adobe article Troubleshoot Acrobat PDFMaker issues in Microsoft Office on Windows

Try repairing the Office (Windows only) from Control Panel>Program and Features>Highlight Excel>Repair.

Do you see the ACROBAT ribbon on top in Excel?

Could you please share a screenshot of the error/issue you are getting while trying to print as a PDF? To share a screenshot, please refer to https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

Also, what is the dot version of Acrobat installed? To identify refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

What is the version of Office installed? Is it a Mac or Windows machine?

Let us know how it goes and share your findings.

Regards,

Anand Sri.

I have just struggled with losing the connectivity from my Excel and Adobe, and after a week or so of losing the ability to convert to PDF my Excel worksheets, and out of frustration it has caused, I found a solution that may be what everyone is looking for when they come here.

In Excel: Go to File > Options > Add-ins | at the bottom of the screen you will see "Manage" with a drop down, click the drop down and click "Disabled Items" and click go. This allows you to fix and reset the add-in. After this, close and reopen the entire application and the "Save as Adobe PDF" will be there when you reopen.

There are various add-in for 365 that are extremely useful.
