    Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the troubled experience.
    I checked your account using the Adobe ID registered on Community, and I can't find any active subscription associated with that ID.
    Please check whether you are signed in to the Adobe App with an active subscription.
    Also, please let us know what you were trying to do and why you couldn't. What App of Adobe were you using?
