I have no 'Prepare Forms' Tool

I have Adobe Acrobat XI Pro (11.0.23) and want to create a fillable form. However, I can not find a 'Prepare Form' tool. What's up? How do I add this?

In Acrobat XI, chose Tools > Forms > Create on the right side of the document window.

That worked! From the tutorials I was finding... There was a button that is apparently non-existent in this version. But what you posted, worked perfectly. Thanks a bunch!
