I have pdf files saved under Windows pdf.

Question

I have pdf files saved under Windows pdf.  When I want to retrieve saved files from Acrobat DC, the latter cannot locate those saved files.  Thus, I cannot use the Acrobat edit or copy and paste function.  Please help.

Are you trying to open the PDF in Acrobat Pro DC?

Do you receive any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot.
