I have the free version of Adobe Acrobat reader on my window 10 laptop. I completed a US passport application and now I need to print it off my printer and mail it into the passport office. I'm stuck here as the error message i get is that the PDF cannot be produced and I need to manage my subscriptions in order to print the pdf. I don't need to purchase an of your software. I've been printing pdf's FROM MY computer for years with adobe acrobat reader. what is the problem? I need to move on and get my passport application mailed in. Please HELP!!

    Please quote the error message exactly, word for word. I don’t recognise “cannot he produced” as a Reader message.

    Also please check the actual app running. Look in the title bar on Windows. Does it say Acrobat Reader, Acrobat Pro, or something else again?
