I have the option in "Organize Pages" to 'Extract Multiple Pages' using a check box. How do I turn this feature on so that I can see it on my other computers?

I would like to see this option when I am using my desktop as well as my laptop. How do I turn this feature on?

This option is available when the touch mode is active. You can activate the touch mode in the preferences of Adobe Acrobat.

Strange. The only reference I can find to this option is in Enable Multi-Page selection has disappearedwhich describes someone who had the option and lost it.

But let's check something. What is it that it lets you do? I ask because, option or no option, I can select multiple pages !
